Summary
In this hands-on workshop series, we will look at different paradigms for creating embeddings. We will explore their applications and other considerations, especially with regard to building our own semantic search engine.
We will put what we learn into practice by continuously testing the developed embeddings in the context of semantic search and evaluating their effectiveness in retrieving relevant information.
All you need to bring to this workshop are Python skills and your own laptop.
More details about the workshop will follow. Further dates for this workshop series:
February 11, 2025, 10 AM–1 PM: Working with Embeddings II: Statistical Models (BoW and TF-IDF)
